Passport, visa and entry info: A valid passport with two blank pages is required to enter Kenya. U.S. citizens are required to have a Visa. You can apply for it ahead of time online or get it at your port of entry. $51.00 

Vaccination required: Yellow Fever 

Tipping:  On safari, it’s customary to tip your guide $15-$25 USD per person per day in cash. You should also consider $5 – $10 per person per day for the rest of the staff in cash. Usually, a camp will have a locked box you can put the staff’s tip.
