Vaccinations: Yes, Yellow Fever if you are coming from a country where yellow fever is present. 

Tipping: Restaurants, bars, cafes tip 5% 

On safari, it’s customary to tip your guide $15-$25 USD per person per day in cash. You should also consider $5 – $10 per person per day for the rest of the staff in cash. Usually, a camp will have a locked box you can put the staff’s tip.
