Stop Neck and Shoulder Pain from Sitting at Your Computer

I nearly went bonkers with neck and shoulder pain from sitting at my computer. Whether traveling or at my local coffee shop, hours spent with my head tilting downwards to read the screen screwed with my body. Then I bought The Roost, a collapsible, nearly weightless, travel-friendly laptop stand. (This post is not sponsored) and it worked!

In my office, I use a 27” monitor.  I sit straight up, view my work at eye level and keep my shoulders relaxed. Unfortunately, I can’t take my monitor with me. I can easily pack The Roost.

To use The Roost, you’ll need an external keyboard and mouse. You can type with the computer on the Roost but that pulls your shoulders forward, defeating the purpose.

The Roost comes with a small travel pouch about the width of a ruler and approximately the same length.

      I think it’s a classic issue. My stepmother is taking an online course and doesn’t have a monitor so she uses the laptop as is. She was having terrible neck and shoulder pain, plus headaches derived from the muscle cramping. She got the stand and she loves it.
